About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing Therapeutic Relationships: Build rapport with clients and their families, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for growth.
  • Prompting Safe Behaviors: Encourage positive interactions and teach essential life skills through gentle guidance.
  • Data Collection: Accurately record behavior patterns, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Treatment Plan Implementation: Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and execute customized treatment plans.

Requirements:

To be successful as an RBT, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Two years of completed coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related fields (preferred);
  • A current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
