Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, organize, and evaluate nursing activities to meet the needs of patients.
- Promote adaptive responses of patients and families to achieve the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Coordinate patient care and interaction of staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Meet the qualifications to provide care for patients in the assigned nursing unit.
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
