Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and assisting with merchandise displays.
  • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with club pick up orders, ensuring that members receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
