Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Rheumatology Specialist to contribute to our mission in the healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outpatient care including consultations, routine check-ups, follow-up visits, and in-office procedures.
- Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance, including part-time and four-day workweek possibilities.
- Manage an average of 16 patients per day.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Medical Assistant to facilitate patient care, including rooming, vital signs, prescription refills, and follow-up coordination.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
- Employ DAX, an AI-driven voice-enabled documentation tool.

Qualifications Required:
- Graduate from an accredited U.S. Medical School or equivalent. Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Rheumatology.
- Unrestricted Physician License in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current DEA certification required prior to employment commencement.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Rheumatology.
- Proficient in electronic medical records.
- Strong time management abilities.
