Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on national averages and location factors. This figure may vary depending on experience, qualifications and performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading and directing pharmacy operations, managing inventory, supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in patient safety, pharmacy professional practice and quality assurance will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A valid pharmacy license in the state where you are employed
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
