Room Attendant

Salary: $15 per hour + gratuity

JOB TYPE: Full-time and Part-time roles available, seasonal

HOURS: 8AM-3PM, with flexibility based on your availability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and ethics to ensure guest rooms and public spaces are pristine.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests, striving to exceed their expectations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to established protocols.
• Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to complete daily responsibilities.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the housekeeping team.
• Participate in daily team meetings to enhance service quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is not required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to arrange and maintain guest rooms according to established standards.
• Capable of spending the day on your feet and performing physical tasks.
• Commitment to ethical standards.
• Eagerness to learn and seek assistance when needed.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
