Job Summary:

The Capital Grille is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area by:

• Mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Helping guests become aware of and choose menu items, taking orders, and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean, adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer
• Manage cash and credit transactions, operating a point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
