As part of our innovative model of peer support, our senior companions engage directly with elderly clients, delivering essential non-medical services that may encompass:
- Providing companionship

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Be an older adult or retiree with at least 45 years of life experience
- Exhibit compassion, reliability, and flexibility
- Availability for a minimum of 6-8 hours per week
- Possess a valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Have a personal cell phone
- Maintain a private email account and be able to communicate via email
- Demonstrate conversational fluency in English
- Reside within the Greater Boston/Metrowest area
