Job Title: Awake Overnight Residential Counselor

At Vinfen, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with behavioral conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will work in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement, providing direct support to individuals with behavioral conditions and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implementing treatment plans
  • Assisting individuals with activities of daily living
  • Nightly cleaning and filing
