Western Exterminator Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Exterminator Technician to join our team. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive high-quality pest control services while adhering to company standards and regulations.

About the Position:
This role offers a base pay range of $16.40-$22.00/hour, with additional compensation opportunities available upon completion of training. Annual total earning potential can reach up to $81,120/year.

Job Duties:
* Inspect properties to identify and address pest issues* Develop and implement customized treatment plans to ensure effective pest control* Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including service vehicles and equipment* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills* Meet pre-employment background screening requirements and possess a valid driver's license* Available to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
