About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Sales & Service. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot problems related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
  • IT Administration: Assist the IT Manager with the administration of various company software platforms.
  • Training and Development: Provide new user training for AS/400 navigation and other technical systems.
  • Reporting and Auditing: Run various daily reports and perform monthly system audits.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of active and decommissioned computer equipment.
  • Documentation: Document service desk-related solutions and determine equipment needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or relevant experience.
  • Skills: Experience in end-user support of Desktops, peripherals, phones, applications, etc.
  • Software Knowledge: Experience in MS Office applications and Office 365 administration and support.
  • Hardware Knowledge: AS400 operational knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment

This role typically operates in a temperature-controlled office environment. May work remotely on occasion. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

Visual acuity, speech, hearing, and hand/eye coordination required. Manual dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard, camera, and other electronic equipment. Subject to long periods of sitting with repetitive use of hands, fingers, wrists. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, and crawl.
