We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Medicine Physician to join our team at Integrity Healthcare in Southern Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical assistance and treatment to patients in a brand new facility.
- Work collaboratively with a fully staffed support team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust medications as needed.
- Participate in flexible scheduling, with up to 24 weeks of work per year.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $150 per hour, plus malpractice insurance.
- Opportunity to work at another facility simultaneously to receive benefits (minimum 32 hours required).
- Relocation assistance available.
- DEA waiver assistance for those without a waiver.
- Medicaid number or eligibility required.
Requirements:
