Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers, helping them navigate the market and find the perfect property
  • Listen to clients' needs and financial abilities, providing tailored solutions and expert advice
  • Coordinate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, and other relevant matters
  • Promote properties through effective marketing strategies, including advertisements and listing services
  • Showcase and present properties to potential buyers, highlighting their unique features and benefits
Requirements
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of success and sales achievements
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years old
