We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, we believe that everyone deserves to live a full, more independent life.

Our Caregiver Specialists play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them grow, learn, and live well. We offer a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination, and excellent communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills. A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are also required.

As a Caregiver Specialist at Sevita, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene, support those who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs, and help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
