Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Family Medicine Residency Program Director and Practice Manager, the role involves a variety of responsibilities related to delivering patient care in an educational clinical environment. This position is essential in ensuring high-quality care for patients while supporting the educational mission of the residency program.

Compensation and Benefits

Eligible candidates may receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that begins on the first day of employment. Qualifications Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telephone triage.
