Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in facility maintenance and repair. You will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and develop plans for corrective action

Requirements:

  • Two-year technical degree or two years' experience in facility maintenance and repair
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems
  • Valid driver's license
