Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by processing a variety of transactions, educating customers on new technologies, and developing banking product referral opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through meaningful conversations, identifying opportunities to refer branch staff or ecosystem partners as appropriate.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, position PNC products to meet their needs, and educate them on options for managing financial transactions.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, adhering to all policies and procedures while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Avoidance of risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to educate customers on options for managing financial transactions.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $62,500 - $72,500 per annum, depending on experience.
