**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the execution of all construction initiatives while ensuring satisfaction for both clients and customers
  • Lead the construction team, delegating tasks to site superintendents
  • Establish and monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Verify that all work complies with the established plans, specifications, and local regulations
  • Maintain thorough documentation for each project, including contracts, change orders, and photographic evidence
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-project reviews with superintendents

**Position Requirements**

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to achieve production targets while ensuring profitability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Skills and Physical Demands**

  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods (including driving, sitting, and climbing)
  • Ability to ascend ladders and work at elevated heights
  • Exposure to high noise levels typical of construction sites
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
