Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Teller to join our team at ESL Federal Credit Union. As a Senior Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and leading a team of tellers to achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of teller experience required, with 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in PC applications, strong verbal and written communication skills, and people-oriented.
