About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
