Telehealth Therapist Job Description

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a dedicated Telehealth Therapist to join our remote clinical team. As a Telehealth Therapist, you will provide clinical services virtually to patients within substance-use-disorder or mental health programming at an IOP level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a patient caseload and deliver group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
  • Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and formulate master treatment plans.
  • Support discharge planning and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Facilitate process groups and participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews.
  • Document patient progress and revise treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or a related human services major.
  • Active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Colorado.
  • Experience working with patients at an IOP LOC and familiarity with KIPU.
  • Ability to work remotely and provide high-quality clinical services.
