- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Develop plans for patients following completion of treatment, including in-home care services.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Proven experience in physical therapy, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, physical agents, and equipment use.
- Ability to motivate patients to push their limits in a safe and responsible manner.
- BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapy license for the state of operation.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
