About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Clinical Fellow. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with case managers to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities and identify areas of growth.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Work closely with classroom teachers and other staff members to ensure that students' speech and language needs are met.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance communication skills and knowledge of communication disorders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois.
  • Previous experience in a K-12 setting is preferred.
