Clinical Nurse Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Emergency Department team. This full-time position involves working rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, with weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting quality patient care, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

About the Role

This position requires 0-1 year of experience in Med Surg or Emergency Department settings. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will apply the nursing process within the framework of Relationship Based Care to create a healing environment. You will formulate daily goals and a plan of care for patients, considering their individual needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.

You will also have opportunities to participate in shared governance at the unit level and serve on hospital-wide councils. Additionally, you will have the chance to build relationships among colleagues within the framework of a healthy workplace, promoting a positive work environment.
