The Lynch Leadership Academy is a premier provider of leadership development programs for educators. Our mission is to build the leadership capacity of school principals to attain high student achievement and enhance the lives of children and families who depend upon the vitality and excellence of local schools.

Program Details
Our Cohort XV Program consists of:
  • An initial program retreat
  • A two-week summer institute
  • Consistent coaching sessions and data-driven professional workshops throughout the year

Eligibility
Candidates must have a strong instructional foundation, an unwavering commitment to equity, and an openness to learning and growing within a collaborative community of leaders. They should also be sitting principals or aspiring principals who meet specific criteria.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum. This comes with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
