Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) play a vital role in providing quality care to patients in their homes or in medical facilities. At NurseCore Management Services, LLC, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNAs/HHAs in the Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and LeHigh Acres area.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
- Evaluate the safety of the delivery of care in the home environment and communicate with the RN supervisor.
- Recognize changes in the patient's condition and report to the RN supervisor.
- Provide total or assisted personal care, assistance with meals, light housekeeping, and companion services.
- Practice safety and universal precautions, infection control, and use appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and self.
- Attend and complete all assigned in-services and trainings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Current CPR certification in compliance with the American Heart Association standards.
- Current CNA/HHA licensure in the State of Florida.
- 1-year experience preferred.
