Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in customer service, food quality, and restaurant operations. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to help team members improve their skills and performance.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, from greeting to goodbye.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
  • Customer Service Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
