Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms
  • Assist with sales and inventory tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing price changes
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in inventory and cycle count processes as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required
  • Minimum one year of retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and cash handling experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
Working Conditions

The work environment is a retail store setting, open to the public. The noise level is usually moderate, and the temperature varies throughout the store. The incumbent is required to physically interact with customers and may be required to work on an elevated surface or use a ladder as needed.
