Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team in Livingston, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile defense litigation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling cases from inception through trial. The successful candidate will be able to meet a billable requirement of 165 hours per month on average and have a strong track record of success in the courtroom.

Responsibilities:

The attorney will be responsible for handling a caseload of automobile defense litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

A JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey bar are required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile defense litigation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling cases from inception through trial. The successful candidate will be able to meet a billable requirement of 165 hours per month on average and have a strong track record of success in the courtroom.
