Key Responsibilities

  • Storage Unit Management: Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations to customers on storage solutions.
  • Cash Handling: Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, ensuring accurate and secure financial transactions.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is required.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for traveling between work locations and conducting other work-related business.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, walk in/outdoors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
