Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nursing Care Specialist in Geriatrics and Rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our post-acute care setting.


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent nursing skills, with a strong focus on geriatric and rehabilitation care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, including charting and documentation
  • Conducting thorough RN to RN endorsements and medication passes
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care
  • Upholding residents' rights and promoting an error-free working environment
  • Communicating effectively with practitioners, physicians, and fellow staff

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active and clear RN license
  • Nurse licensure in the state of Florida or multi-state licensure

  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Associates Degree (minimum requirement)

Salary

Our estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, based on industry standards and location factors.
