Talentuition, LLC is currently looking for Room Attendants to enhance our service excellence. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that our guests expect, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for both visitors and staff. Your primary objective will be to elevate the overall guest experience by maintaining a consistently tidy and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain guest accommodations and communal areas to meet our quality standards.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and sanitize bathrooms.
  • Vacuum, dust, and mop various surfaces.
  • Disinfect surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Dispose of waste and manage trash receptacles.
  • Restock supplies in guest rooms and restrooms as needed.
  • Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, and mobility.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient cleaning skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a positive demeanor.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
