School Bus Driver Position

We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the role of School Bus Drivers.

Job Summary:

This is a critical position within our organization, requiring the ability to safely transport students to and from school. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe Transportation: Transport students safely and efficiently to and from school
  • Traffic Law Adherence: Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Bus Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bus environment
Compensation Package:
  • $25.71 per hour
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, term life, and long-term disability insurance
  • Retirement Plan: 403b with annuity
  • Holidays and Sick Time: 11 paid holidays, 15 days of paid sick time
  • Bonus Opportunities: Awarded a $1000 annual perfect attendance bonus, sign-on bonus of $2500 for new employees
Requirements and Training:
  • Licensing: Valid NH CDL-B license, School Bus Certificate
  • Physical Requirements: Current NH DOT physical card
  • Training Opportunities: Licensed driver instructors available for those interested in obtaining their NH CDL-B license
Work Schedule:
  • Flexible Scheduling: Choice of weekly hours: 20, 25, or 30
