Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Home2Suites East Ridge. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast buffet, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are well-stocked and presented in an attractive manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Restock silverware, sugar caddies, and condiments as needed.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items, including light to moderate food preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the efficient operation of the property.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
