Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to serve as the Fellowship Program Director at Banner Health. As a key member of our academic medicine team, you will be responsible for leading our fellowship program and engaging in clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship Program, ensuring its success and growth.
  • Provide clinical care to patients, utilizing your expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
  • Develop and implement academic programs, including curriculum design and teaching methods.
  • Mentor and teach medical students, residents, and fellows, fostering their growth and development.
  • Contribute to research initiatives, advancing the field of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
  • Collaborate with faculty members, promoting a culture of academic excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Board-certified Ob Gyn with at least 4 years of experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
  • Valid AZ medical license.
  • Proven track record of academic achievement, including teaching, research, and publication.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Experience with curriculum design, teaching methods, and academic program development.
