Caregiver for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Care Staff to join our team. As a caregiver, you will work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities.
About the Role:- You will assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support those who may have complex needs.
- You will help individuals develop real-life skills such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- You will take initiative to help individuals participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
- A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, paid time off, holiday pay, a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
