Job Title: Precision Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Precision Millwright to join our team at Trillium Staffing. As a Precision Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment, ensuring precise alignment and leveling.
  • Use precision tools, such as calipers, squares, and micrometers, to measure angles and material thickness.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to understand equipment specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating and cleaning equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex equipment issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in precision millwrighting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of precision leveling and laser alignment techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
