We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pre PACU Post department at Children's Hospital Colorado. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, family-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the Pre PACU Post department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited nursing program.
- One year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in the PACU or Pre PACU Post department.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
