We are seeking a mid-to-senior level User Experience (UX) Researcher to join the Customer Marketplace Insights (CMI) team at OLIVER Agency. As a UX Researcher, you will be a core member of the team focused on business customers, collaborating with Experience Designers and Managers to develop and execute UX Research projects/programs aimed at understanding customer needs, expectations, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute research activities, such as user interviews, testing, and evaluation, to uncover experience and product development insights.
  • Produce research documents, including screeners, question guides, and reports.
  • Moderate and host workshops, such as ideation sessions.
  • Build impactful and influential insights and stories highlighting user orientations and behaviors.
  • Perform desk research to inform the front end of new projects.
  • Manage the research participant experience, ensuring their comfort during research sessions and protecting their personal data.
  • Collaborate with and manage stakeholders across various functions and disciplines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a research-related discipline.
  • Five or more years of related non-academic work experience in a dedicated research role.
  • Experience defining and planning research approaches and methodologies.
  • Experience with user research methods, including usability testing, user interviews, and diary studies.
  • Experience crafting discussion guides and tools to reveal customer needs and desires.
  • Experience moderating and planning field studies, user interviews, and usability studies.
  • Experience with qualitative generative research, evaluative methodologies, and usability from concept formation through launch.
  • Understanding of quantitative research and ability to work with specialists when needed.
  • Experience with secondary data, trends, and learnings.
  • Experience demonstrating UX Research impact and driving business and product decisions.
  • Ability to work in close partnership with designers and business units.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience providing insights to inform physical product development decisions.
  • Partner, vendor, and resource management experience.
  • Understanding of semiotics.
