Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support patient satisfaction by ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, as required by regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification with the Nebraska Board of Nursing required within 120 days of hire.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- BLS Certification preferred.
