Job Description

The Youth Lifestyle Coach plays a vital role in promoting healthy lifestyles among our youth members. This position is responsible for overseeing all healthy lifestyle programs at our clubhouse(s), including planning, development, reporting, and implementation in collaboration with the Program Services team.

This role requires a strong passion for working with youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize, direct, and coordinate programs, activities, and events.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as education or leadership, and a minimum of two years' work experience working with youth in an academic setting, education programming, or youth leadership and advocacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A four-year degree in a relevant education and/or leadership field
• A minimum of two years' work experience working with youth in an academic setting, education programming, or youth leadership and advocacy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, direct, and coordinate programs, activities, and events
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability not required but helpful
