As a Senior Intelligence Operations Trainer, you'll design and deliver performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). This comprehensive training includes classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, role-playing, simulation, and field exercises.

You'll work closely with our team to develop revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans, and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to address any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during training. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting specialized training requirements and the training of new systems.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of MOS operational experience as a 35L, 351L, or 35E (or equivalent specialty) conducting CISAC intelligence operations within the last ten years.
  • Completed an applicable military course (SLC, ALC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC).
  • Received an Honorable discharge from military service.
  • Experience working on recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to CISAC intelligence operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree or two years of additional experience with direct relation to the position.
  • Minimum of an Interim Top Secret or final Top Secret/SCI clearance.
