Job Summary

The ideal Assistant Director of Nursing Candidate is a detail-oriented, organized individual with a strong knowledge of policies and governmental regulations. If you have a passion for supporting and training stakeholders to provide the best care possible to residents, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
  • Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in the overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, to maintain quality care.
  • Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse in good standing with required current state license.
  • Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
  • One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must have a current/active CPR certification.
