Strength and Conditioning Coach

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a skilled Flexologist to join our team. As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

• Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey.
• Contribute to the growth of our client base by promoting our services and building a strong social media presence.
• Collaborate with our sales team to drive studio tours and sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is available for client use.

• Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
• Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program.
