About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Remote Marketing Director to lead our marketing team at Brady Sullivan Properties. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading marketing teams and driving business results. You should be well-versed in marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP), as well as familiarity with marketing automation tools and social media advertising platforms.

This is a senior-level position, offering a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation time, company-paid health insurance, and participation in our 401(k) retirement savings plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Lead and manage marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
