As a Urology Physician with Penn Highlands Healthcare, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including a soon-to-be-introduced DaVinci Robot. Our large primary care and specialty referral base ensures a high patient volume, providing ample opportunities for growth and development.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $400,000 per year, plus productivity bonuses. This guarantee is valid for two years, ensuring your financial stability during this period. The call schedule is 1:2, providing a healthy work-life balance. You will also have the opportunity to work with an onsite interventional radiologist, infectious disease specialist, obstetrician, and general surgeon, enhancing your professional growth and experience.
