Residential Porter

We are seeking an Apartment Custodian to join our team at our 175-unit new apartment community in Chula Vista, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of public spaces.

• Clean and maintain public spaces, including collecting debris and equipment
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and spot cleaning areas as needed

• 2 years of experience in porter/janitorial or relevant field
• Ability to work hard with a willingness to learn on the job
• Proficiency in English language, including effective communication with colleagues, customers, and vendors
• Prior background check and drug screening required (a conviction will not necessarily disqualify applicants)

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match. You will also receive paid vacation and 15 paid holidays, along with full-time hours of 40 per week.
