Responsibilities

**$5000 Sign-On Bonus Available**

Paid in full after 30 days of employment

In the healthcare sector, we understand that support is essential for success. This role will assist our healthcare teams by ensuring they have the necessary resources to provide excellent patient care. Your contribution will significantly enhance the patient experience during their visits to our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver general patient care in accordance with established clinic procedures.
  • Welcome and prepare patients for healthcare providers by obtaining and documenting vital signs, reviewing allergies and medications, and completing necessary screening forms.
  • Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Administer prescribed medications and/or vaccines to patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments.
  • Ensure patient examination rooms are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Address non-routine issues and concerns promptly and appropriately.
  • Complete safety checklists and quality control measures as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program.
  • Current and valid certification or registration as a medical assistant (AAMA/CMA, RMA, NCMA).
  • Completion of a 40-hour Medication Aide course or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
