Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO of Anniston. As a key member of our restoration crew, you will play a crucial role in responding to emergency situations and restoring properties to their pre-damage state.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage, and other disasters
  • Evaluate and perform restoration activities, such as water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition
  • Loading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools, equipment, and necessary supplies for each project
  • Effectively communicating safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements with supervisors
  • Maintaining open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (preferably)
  • IICRC certification (a plus)
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive paid training, uniforms, and equipment provided.
