Lead Arborist Opportunity at Monster Tree Service

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Arborist to join our team at Monster Tree Service of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of arborists to ensure the safe and efficient completion of residential and commercial tree pruning and removals.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of arborists to perform tree pruning and removals in accordance with ANSI standards and company policies.
  • Operate aerial lifts and/or bucket trucks as needed to access trees and perform pruning and removals.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the crew.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Arborist to ensure seamless execution of work.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience leading and training a tree crew safely and productively.
  • ISA Certification or CTSP is desired but not required.
  • A clean/valid Driver's License required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, prior experience training employees is preferred.
  • Ability to identify and communicate potential up-sell opportunities to property owners.
  • Presents a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
